Lasagna soup made with Safari Simmer is a comforting, hearty dish that combines rich tomato flavors from Safari Simmer Tomato Stew with tender pasta, ground meat, and melted cheese. Ingredients
- 1 jar Safari Simmer tomato stew
- 1/4 stick Butter Unsalted
- 2 pounds Ground beef, turkey, chicken or veal
- 8 sheets lasagna noodles broken up
- 32-40 oz Chicken broth / Beef broth
- 2 tsbp Ricotta cheese optional
- 3 handfuls Spinach More can be added per preference
- 1 tsp Safari Sunset heat blend Optional (for heat preference)
Instructions
- Melt the Magic: Start by melting a generous pat of butter in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Brown the Beef: Toss in your ground meat and cook for 5-10 minutes until beautifully browned. Once golden, set it aside.
- Simmer the Flavor: In the same pan, add your Safari Simmer Tomato Stew and let it bubble away for 3-5 minutes.
- Heat Things Up (Optional): For an extra kick, stir in some Safari Sunset Heat Blend—add as much (or as little) as you like!
- Broth Time: Pour in your chicken or beef broth, cover, and let it come to a delicious boil.
- Creamy Touch (Optional): For extra richness, add a scoop of creamy ricotta cheese and stir it in.
- Noodles In: Toss in your broken lasagna noodles and let them cook for about 5 minutes, soaking up all the goodness.
