Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 lb crab meat or your favorite seafood
  • 1/2 lb scallops
  • 1 jar of Safari Simmer Tomato Stew
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Safari Sunset Heat Blend optional, for extra spice
  • 1 lb pasta linguine or spaghetti
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Grated parmesan optional

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the seafood, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cook until shrimp turns pink, scallops are golden, and crab is heated through (about 5-7 minutes).
  • Pour in the Safari Simmer Tomato Stew, and stir to coat the seafood. Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  • If you prefer a bit of heat, add the Safari Sunset Heat Blend to the sauce.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the pan, tossing to combine and ensuring the pasta is fully coated in the sauce.
  • Serve with fresh parsley and a sprinkle of parmesan for a luxurious touch.
