Ingredients
- 1 cup Safari Simmer Tomato Stew
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp Safari Sunset Heat Blend
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Feta cheese optional
- Naan or crusty bread for serving
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in Safari Simmer and stir in cumin and Safari Sunset Heat Blend. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
