Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Safari Simmer Tomato Stew
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Safari Sunset Heat Blend
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Feta cheese optional
  • Naan or crusty bread for serving

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in Safari Simmer and stir in cumin and Safari Sunset Heat Blend. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
