Ingredients

  • 1 jar Safari Simmer tomato stew
  • 1/4 stick Butter Unsalted
  • 2 pounds Ground beef, turkey, chicken or veal
  • 8 sheets lasagna noodles broken up
  • 32-40 oz Chicken broth / Beef broth
  • 2 tsbp Ricotta cheese optional
  • 3 handfuls Spinach More can be added per preference
  • 1 tsp Safari Sunset heat blend Optional (for heat preference)

Instructions

  • Melt the Magic: Start by melting a generous pat of butter in a pan over medium-high heat.
  • Brown the Beef: Toss in your ground meat and cook for 5-10 minutes until beautifully browned. Once golden, set it aside.
  • Simmer the Flavor: In the same pan, add your Safari Simmer Tomato Stew and let it bubble away for 3-5 minutes.
  • Heat Things Up (Optional): For an extra kick, stir in some Safari Sunset Heat Blend—add as much (or as little) as you like!
  • Broth Time: Pour in your chicken or beef broth, cover, and let it come to a delicious boil.
  • Creamy Touch (Optional): For extra richness, add a scoop of creamy ricotta cheese and stir it in.
  • Noodles In: Toss in your broken lasagna noodles and let them cook for about 5 minutes, soaking up all the goodness.
  • Meat It Again: Return your browned meat to the pan, stirring it in, and simmer for another 3 minutes.
  • Spinach Perfection: Add fresh spinach and let it wilt down for 3 minutes or until tender.
  • Serve & Savor: Ladle up this hearty, comforting soup into bowls, garnish if you like, and enjoy the flavors of the safari!
